More Chips less power?

throw a single 36V chip on the same driver and watch sparks fly as it will give it all 11A and blow up instantly

So just to be sure, for the constant voltage I just see how much amps is the output and divide them by the cobs quantaty, and thats it.

The 1216 works within this currents and voltages. It take 38v at ~3Amps for instance or 34v at ~1Amp. Screenshot_20171207-124007.png

The second screenie shows the voltage droop at different temps. At 1,440A it needs 35v@25°C but only 34v @75°C.

At 36v and 25°Tc. each COB would need ~1,8Amps(when switched on) and @75°C up-to 2,2A(warmed up), so at least 6 COB's in parallel should work, better a few more.

So i even can put 12 pieces? And it will be 6.7 amps/12 = 0.56 amps per cob?

Adj. voltage is only enabled on the A version. B version is 48v fixed(no voltage poti)!

You can still use is but only at or below 48v were the A version is adjustable to work with up-to 53v. There is a small "note 6)" or so, it means only A and C versions coming with adjustable Vf.
Read the datasheet carefully and make sure you understand every single part. I know, it needs some further infomations but it's worth it.

But am I okey with HLG-320H-48B? More cobs i add less heat they produce and run on less V, right?

Yepp, but you would still not use the full potential of the driver. But you could use Samsung F-Series strips, the 4ft. strips as well as the double row 2ft. strips work with 46-48v and would fit much better. 6 strips in parallel would be ~310w with ~170lm/w. But with 12 COB's(33v) it would be only around 225w.
6 of these strips would cost you 150$, but you need no heatsink, only a 4ft piece of 1x 1x 1" c-channel(walmart). Would be cheaper as 12 COB's + heatsinks and you can use the drivers full potential.

This strips works extremely well, lots of us here use them. I've also purchased 26 2ft. strips for short!
You can get them from digikey.com and also from arrow.com with free shipping. They use the same diodes like Quantumboards(LM561c, top bin) and it is super easy to work with them. No soldering, no holders, no thermal grease, only a few screws or double sided thermal tape(e3ay).

Cannot find an operating current and voltage there, but as I understood the driver HLG-320H-48B can go as low as 24V if the chip require... Am I right?
yes usually constant current region is 50-100% of Vo. voltage is not adjustable thought and its up to YOU to build an array that can take what the driver gives it, basically making sure it stays at a fixed safe point on the driver operating curve
