looks just like mine did at 2-3 weeks into flowering. Lookin good! I suggest you consider trimming off the upper fanleaves that are obstructing light from getting straihgt to the bud. I always do this at the beginning of week 3 of flowering, it helps develop those massive stacks. and minimize the popcorn.

#2 is in 3rd week of flower. 4 weeks since flip. She vegged about 2 weeks less and no scrog. Topped in veg, and foolishly pruned too late in flower. Got her smooshed against the wall so she doesn't block light to #1. Gonna plant bamboo training stakes and spread her out nice, shortly. Started much closer to light than #1, and I've now dropped the light closer on both plants, seeing no ill effects when she was about 8" away for a few days.

Thanks, thats kinda my dilemma. Theres alot of good bud between the support screen and scrog. The support helps arrange what sticks above, but it is thick in the middle. I try to tuck the fan leaves out of the way, but there's buds everywhere! :weed:
Will try to start lightly thinning tomorrow.

Lol, didn't even notice that. So much for no ill effects. Moved the light further from her yesterday, but lower in general. Will give her a day to see if she gets better or will lift it back up.
Thanks for spotting that.

The guy I got the clones from runs about the same setup at literally less than 14" and 1800 ppm GH nutes. I'm still feeling it out.
He did tell me the other day, all his clones got mixed up and what I got looks too frosty to be lemon haze, so now don't know what I got.

@ChaosHunter
I respect your opinion and would appreciate any input you can give on my grow.

means you just need to breed a clone of it with any other plant, and u get to name it ;)

OG Possumskunk - oh wait gotta breed it first.
@Lite really appreciate your input (even though I built my house with no central heat or air)
Actually related matter. My woodstove backdrafts like a bitch if my bedroom door is open cause my 400 cfm fan depressurizes the whole house. Built it too tight.
Can do a cold air intake on woodstove, but not sure that will solve it. Not sure on efficiency of heat exchangers, if it would be worth the coin, or if I'm just as well off keeping a window cracked?

I think it looks great and your well on your way ! You have the correct scrog screen size although its more acting as a trellis "trellis is larger squares". I don't flip to flower until everything from the scrog down is stripped. I do this throughout veg a little at a time while bending and weaving, it helps get air under the dense top canopy in flower.

Silica, an often overlooked additive and helps fight off a lot of stresses and temp swings among diseases. Also CalMag, keep a close eye on the upper leves for spots to show at this stage. Some strains eat it more than others.

Not every stain is a candidate for scrogging, even some phenos in stains that are don't work well.

@Possum1 your defiantly in for some trim jail and quality meds ! Grow learn and stay Lyfted !

Appreciate you stopping by. I think the screen you're talking about is my trellis/bud support screen. Which I'm thinking now was a mistake to use, but I had tons of stretch.
Here's some crappy hps pics under the scrog screen, which is 12" under the trellis

But yeah, I'm thinking I'm going to end up with lots of popcorn and trim. Which is okay I guess, cuz I'm gonna make a bunch of butter first thing.

Your going to have some nice buds if we can get to the finish line. Any leafs below the screen should go, in a few weeks when the buds swell it will shut out all light to the bottom. Your only issue going forward to finish would be getting some kind of fungus or mold but I think your good to go tbh.

Real quick this morning I got #2 pulled out of the tent.
Spun number one around and trimmed some fan leaves under the screen.
Got #2 back in, spun around, and tied up again.
Wow! My forearms and hands and shirt are all sticky and reek! As well as the whole room.
Dang, I was super gentle and all, but not gonna be handling these girls again unless I have to.
May have the start of deficiency on # 1, will get pics at lights out.

First I would like to say congratulations on your first grow. Now lets get down to business plant #1 is great, the way you approached the growing techniques was magnificent. Next grow top more for more sites or FIM also use super cropping for the screen method you currently use. Keep those lights close 8' away is perfect especially with no visible burn. As far as nutrients go I have no complaints. Good job you should have good smoke after the flush, and cure. :weed: Plant #2 looks like the Sativa strain dont sleep on it cause that baby looks like some :fire:

Thanks so much. Reading, learning, and sharing on this site has made it so much easier to be patient.
Pushing things a little hotter on girl #2, up to 1500ppm for 2 feedings, but still looking good, and will back down and see how she responds.

Clones and new seedlings in veg cabinet. Dome to keep them from drying out too fast, as all my air goes thru there, and house rh is 30 % tops.20171204_190627.jpg
