how far are the lights away from these ladies? do you have something mixed into the soil for aeration and proper drainage? watering good enough no dry pockets?

Lights where a metre away but drop them last night to 23in from top of canopy I think if anything I'm over watering I'm let them dry out a bit then give it a good hit with some food and check the ph run off a noob question how do I know when to move my lights up what am I looking for

With H.I.D I used to put my hand near the canopy and if it feel too hot on th back of my hand I raise the light,in flower I’ve got them set against the roof and they stay there the whole time. Not sure with LED though.
