Leave some are turning brown/yellow!

Not sure if you can see in this picture but 3 of my leaves are starting to get a brownish yellow color on it. I check on it and water it whenever it’s dry, I have 3 CFL’s on it right now 24/7. Wondering what it could be and if I should cut it off? Some say not to cut off the yellowing leaves but should I cut them off if they’re brown? It isn’t nute burn I don’t use any, maybe over watering or light burn? Should I be putting less light on it? Any advice?
