400 hps Scrog flowering

Hey JollyGG.
Just doing some catching up, man they are getting FAT.
I won't be leaving it so long next time.
I've been busy harvesting my first plant so I do have an excuse.

nice and fat. id say about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks to go. what are they smelling like? how much stretch did you have when you flowered?

the one i call afhgooie, with the tight, sticky buds didnt stretch all that much and smells lemony citrusy with a hint of skunkiness...i cant wait to smoke some.

the other plant which is more sativa stretched like a motherfucker once i switch to flowering..but not much of a smell, i guess i would say it just smells green.
there still arent any crystals on these buds?? im thinking its going to have to go for at least 10 weeks. its just now starting to fill in but still seems like its all hairs

Oh man they are looking killer probably be harvesting a couple diesels around the same time. Can't wait to see your final results. Your Scog turned out great i might do that outdoor next year. Friend of mine who is a MMJ holder does a huge scrog that he gets a pound a plant off of, but vegging takes 90 days.

sounds like your afghooie is alot like my bush, same citrus smell, not much stretch, tight buds. mine has started to turn purple on the leaves though and are loaded with resin and trichs. Ill probably be pulling mine down by the end of next week.

I never got around to putting up pics. Ive got them from week 6 on my pc, but my camera got taken on a business trip to china.

no purple on my leaves, only turning yellow but its nice and sticky like yours

thanks smitty...my camera is ok its got 4 megapixel, but its getting outdated quick.

it takes me a while to get some good shots because ive got shaky hands but it gets the job done.

checkin on my buds and ran across something. looks to be a single male flower in my nicest bud on the unnamed girl.

what to do? should i clip it out...im hoping its the plant just trying to pollenate itself to pass on its genes and not a hermi.

i checked the rest of the buds and didnt see anything unusual.

Oh man those are looking great.
I would clip the entire branch if i were you just to save the rest from Hermie. I have heard that once one bud starts the whole plant turns, not positive but i would look more into it.

yeah man ive heard the same but i dont want to believe that it's a hermie.

its only one ball so im hoping it remains a lady, just trying to get herself prego.

theres no way i could cut anything on that plant, especially the main cola...its nowhere near ready.

ill snip it out tomorrow and keep an eye open for any hermieness that may occur and i'll ask for mercy from the ganja gods to keep it under control.

there arent any light leaks and temp stays under 80.

ive heard that if a female (not a hermie) doesn't get pollenated then it may try to pollenate itself by growing a male flower or two, and these seeds are feminized because both genes being passed along are female....i have no clue if this is true, but i did read some posts saying that on rollitup, but there seems to be alot of confusion about wether or not hermieness is passed along genetically or caused simply by stress, some might say this example would be a hermie.

I have ran into late bloom hermies, not more than 4 balls per plant. the smoke was still great i wouldnt stress about it. just pluck it off and keep an eye on her. IM JEALOUS, looks great
