GG4 CFL Box GrowGrow

I have my GG#4 clone growing, currently at veg day 23. I have it in my grow bow under 92 watts of warm and 46 watts of cool cfl. Using Fox Farms Grow big, tiger bloom, and big bloom nutes. In fox farms happy frog soil, in a 3 gallon pot. Has tons of tops from lst. I fimmed her today. I'm going to veg another week, then flip. Only trouble I'm having right now is the temps reaching the mid 80s with lights on, with surrounding room temp @ 70-72 degress. I'm using a cheap, 4 inch, 100 cfm booster duct fan with two intakes @ 3 inch diameters. Any suggestions? Thanks people

Run your lights on at night when its cooler.
Try using a stronger intake fan and a weaker exhaust.
Maybe even no exhaust fan with just an intake fan.
Otherwise with a small space the exhaust fan sucks the cooler air out before it cools anything...make sense?
Thats pretty much all you can do without
cranking the a/c down or buying a portable ac.
Good luck!

Thanks for the reply. I currently use passive intakes. I may add a fan to one of them and close the other off or something. I'm definitely going to make the switch to running the lights at night though.

Day 26 veg. Going to go lights out in 2 days for 36 hours, then flipping. I think I'll pull decent weight for 138 watts

Looking good!!! Are you planning on transplanting before flower?
Thank you! No, I wasn't planning on doing that. She's in a 3 gallon right now and she has no signs of being root bound so ill see how she does in flowering with it. I'm growing in FFHF and I use plenty of nutrients, and I have to water every other day, which I find annoying.

Day 28, I want to flip to flower tomorrow but I have all this growth that I don't know whether to clip off or leave to die. All of the fan leaves that I've tucked underneath the tops makes it way too bushy underneath.

I defoliated before flipping this week. I took a ton off haha. Prolly was close to or over the 30% rule lol. I couldn't tuck anymore either so I pull a decent amount. They weren't phased at all by it surprisingly

Lol yeah, I can't bring myself to start chopping the hell put of my plant; been there, done that!
Well I've been there and done that again, lol. I chopped a ton of lower growths, including like 30 fan leaves under the canopy. This was done right before flip. No signs of stress at all. Still waiting for pistils, other than the few that were on the original main growths, 6 days since flip, ao i figure flowering hasnt officially started yet. It has about 30 "tops", if you could call them that. I'm hoping to pull at least 3 ounces, which would be about .6 grams per watt. Please tell me it's doable in this current setup!?

First pic was after pruning, last three are tonight.

That's what I'm taking about! Looking good man!! You'll prolly have to do that again 3 weeks in. I'm on my third pruning and plan for one more smaller one at 3 weeks flowering before letting em go!
As far as yield I'll let someone else chime in. Happy toking

Lol yeah, I was so close to getting a full 1000w hps setup earlier this year, but I decided not to due to space limitations. And now I feel like doing the whole cob thing after seeing the sheer design/look of cob setups, and of course the increased yield. I just enjoy wiring things up lol.
I see you run both hps and mh

This bitch is officially flowering. Can't wait to see the bud formations.

get you some air flow outside the grow setup .get the temps cooler in that room by letting your room air out constantly .get a regular fan that looks like this put on rotation to move air out into the rest of the house .1495705015079706879166.jpg

Thanks. Yeah, they're pretty much all I've been using for the last 2 years. I have a cob kit on the way though, so ill probably be scrapping this box and building a bigger one. I'm tired of the shitty light penetration
im going to build something bigger also I don't know how to control the odor my only problem . I can create a sealed enviorment with great air flow and constant temps.just odor is a bitch so I try to breed odorless varities
