Agreed. Phelan wants to micro manage from the bottom up. He doesn't need medical info if we have already had licenses. I know acmpr resolved a lot but not everything. I don't understand how the possession thing hasn't been challenged yet. Conroy need another million?

they made that up on data that doesn't exist.
if they looked at the HC chart that shows doses across Canada, they knew it was over 18 g a day so where they get the average of 5 g a day is ridiculous! Manson put the 150 g carry limit and I don't get why it hasn't been challenged yet.
i have been talking to John Turmel about it and it seemed he wanted to challenge it but i haven't heard anything yet

So I just wanted to be clear, are we still covered under the injunction with the MMAR? Or has the ACMPR taken precedence, and we are required to move to that?

I'm liking both sides of this ...since I believe in what these guys are trying to do.
I also believe its probably futile...knowing how things seem to go for the little guy
regardless of the fact....they are right...and just... and on the side of good ...

Sadly once you gave up your MMAR ..that was it,
there is no injunction for MMPR

there was no cancel letter for mmar either..they only said they were going to fuck you...and that you HAD TO SWITCH... and well guess what,,,,you didnt and if you held on for dear life.. (:

MMPR was repealed completely so what are you on about? did you forget the Allard trial? oh yeah, you were busy doing things for only you and waiting for us to fight FOR you
