That's what I was thinking but Fox Farms says that the Ocean Forest soil should never have to be feed.. .. ?After a while your soil will need feeding, could be your at that point.
Could be, i forget a lot with the american soils, shouldnt be hard to find out what others do with theirs after a certain stageThat's what I was thinking but Fox Farms says that the Ocean Forest soil should never have to be feed.. .. ?
Well I did as you suggested and add some Botanicare Pure Blend Pro for vegetative.Could be, i forget a lot with the american soils, shouldn't be hard to find out what others do with theirs after a certain stage
You shouldn't have to feed during veg unless you are in a small pot but if you want decent buds it's going to need nutes and bloom enhancers when you flip to flowering. Should be fed well when you flip as pot eats a hell of a lot more as it goes thru stretch than it does at any other time of it's life. That's what I was thinking but Fox Farms says that the Ocean Forest soil should never have to be feed.. .. ?
I will feed for sure on flowering stage. Why do you think the yellow on the top leaves are from then if not from needing to be feed? You're not out of nutes yet or your bottom leaves would be yellowing first not the top ones. When the newer growth is affected first that means you are lacking in one or more micro nutrients or you have light burning. High pH will lock out micros and that resembles a boron deficiency but better to check pH before doing anything. 20 Mule Team Borax will fix a boron deficiency at 1 Tbsp/gal fed once.

That plant isn't big enough in that size pot to have eaten all the nutes in FFOF by a long shot. Leaves are very dark green indicating lots of nutes yet. Feeding more now will likely lead to burn.
Good luck!
I use just tap water from the kitchen sink. Come to think of it I do spray the leaves with water and those leaves collect the water and sit right at the light so your probably right on that. Or both accounts.Like I said it looks like boron deficiency but could just be your pH is too high. I would knock the pH of your next watering down to 5 to help balance the pH in the root zone. Just water tho. No more nutes until this gets figured out.
What are you using for water and what is it's pH and PPM before you do anything to it?
And what are you using for light? I'd almost say light burn bit it's not in the right spot for that. Very top leaves will start fading at the highest points first not at the droopy ends of the leaves. Not nute burn yet or you'd see burnt tips and margins all over the plant on the bigger leaves.
It's most likely micro deficiencies caused by high pH if anything. You don't spray your plants do you? Water on the ends of the leaves under bright lights could be causing what we see if you do.
I'm off to bed and will be back in 6 or 7 hours. Don't panic.
Go read my journal while you're waiting.
