Now I feel superbad. Hey, @Douglas.Curtis come on back. Tell me about your education. I want to know what kind of private for-profit school teaches that everything is black and white with no gray. I want to know who did not teach you about nuances & contradictions. I want to hear what other wisdoms they taught you from grandpa's lexicon.

Is a penny saved really a penny earned?
How many stitches do you save by stitching in time?
When there is smoke, is there fire?

Jesus Douglas. I feel fucking bad about chasing a prophet such as you off. You have a lot to share and I totes cock-blocked you.

A penny saved will be devalued by inflation. You are subliminally edging towards the answers. Good job savant !

What did you sign when you gained employment, Ill give you a hint, it starts with a W.

If somebody said to you, in order for you to avoid pain, duress or the giant schlong of the state from invading your alimentary canal, you ought to sign this document, would it be safe to say that duress was present ?

You don't NEED to sign anything, you chose to, so stop bitching about the choice you made.
Please follow your above statement to it's reasonable conclusion where the following occurs:
One "chooses" not to voluntarily sign a w4. His employer doesn't care about it and offers him work. He accepts the work and "chooses" to work for wages without signing a w4.
Now what do you propose will be the eventual outcome to the employer and the employee?

Lol, the W4 is the witholding agreement (and the amount can be $0 AFAIK, I tended to just do it properly), W2 is what you actually use to file...

Do you even work?

(And the employer has no obligation to check the W4 for accuracy in any way either)

WTF are you doing? I am actually on YOUR SIDE on this issue. The w4 is a VOLUNATRY written contract. Now, read carefully......can you please identify the "implied social contract" that you mentioned earlier.

You are avoiding this shit like the plague. I don't blame you really, but you did kinda flaunt your education earlier, so pay the piper.

Why is it so hard for you to ID this social contract you mentioned?

Flaunt my education?

When did I say I studied law?

Oh, you mean when I owned the "engineer" guy? Apologies if facts to you are some kind of "snobby academic shit".

As to the implied social contract, you pay in so you can claim out when you need it...

That's how welfare is funded, refer back to the aforementioned W4 (that the Social Security Admin get a copy of).

You think welfare is funded directly by w4 withholdings? Really? It's OK if you do, most ppl do actually.

So you think a w4 is an implied contract for social security? Do you know what FICA is?

How about roads, you mentioned earlier: The interstates.....they funded by by the "implied contract" that is the w4 as well?

When you file it, you voluntarily give them money, they take the money and spend it on "Government shit".

You're being a butthole, it's an abstract concept hence the "implied".

What kind of moron pretends there's a contract where the words don't have literal legal meaning, oh right; you.
what kind of moron pretends there's an "invisible hand" but decries the existence of a "social contract"?

oh, right.

it's the penny collecting, poverty stricken, trailer dwelling cuck who is raising some other redneck's kid.

OK crayon time.

•You consciously agree to fund whatever the fuck the Government says

•The Government operates welfare on the basis of a social contract, you pay in to benefit others and conversely they pay in to benefit you if/when you need it

Why do you think your W4 is sent to Social Security?

What is line 7 for on the w4? Is it implied or written?
Why do you have your SS docs signed, is it because its implied?
Why does the w4 clearly say it's not valid unless you sign it, because its implied?

LOL good laugh. Suck it easy.
