So much junk out there with catch cannabis type names which are all about the same as each other and many out the same 2 or 3 factories way far away. People so many times buy a light because of intense and persuasive propaganda ads and then come to forums like this to report on their new great blurple sun, still. If they had just done a little intelligent research and come here first.

Was over 30c here the past few days and being summer now (Australia!) My room was about 90f last night with the LEDS. Even though it cooled down at night, the bricks/ground seem to release a lot of heat. 6kw of LED is definitely hot, but bearable in the room still (unlike with hps).
With the high heat, luckily I had high humidity to match it.
Going to be dreading when it hits 105f+ outside.

image.jpeg I have a spectrabox. It is rated 180 watt but i never measured How Many watts it really was. The spectrabox was in a 2x2x5 tent. I ran 4 cycles with it and i grown weed with it. This was the first time i grow weed. The best i made out of one cycle was 92grams dry weed.

Now the lenses above the blue leds are black/burned.

The man who sold this lamp said "absolutely flawless, needs no correction".

Now i am building my own CXB3590 lamp with 4 CXB3590-27G-CB-N0H and 1 CXB3590-65E-CD-N0H. That are top bins. Now that is absolutely flawless.

Hey guys quick question, I got a hlg 240h 2100b driver a while back because I wanted to only power a few cobs at higher currents (bad idea).

So the "constant current" region for the driver is - 59 ~ 119V, which is only 3, 36v cobs in a series maximum.

Anyways, I started thinking about different ways to run more cobs with the driver and I wanted to ask, could I run 6 cobs total by running 3 cobs in series next to each other (in parallel).

Would I be correct if I said that the current would be split between the two sides so at max current each cob would be at 1050 mA, but the voltage would be the same across the two?

I shouldn't have tried to run fewer cobs at a higher wattage because most cobs are more efficient at lower currents. Anyways, just looking for ideas to get the most out of this driver.

Thanks!

Look at all those buds!!! Wow those lights killed it!!! Holy shit man...those are results!!
Just out of curiosity...where is the kind side for comparison?

But seriously, what are you shilling us there??...I mean "showing" us?
What was your yield gpw last run? Before being to cocky you should ask challenge hybrid with your super amazing DIY lights vs these. List your yield and wattage and wait for hybrids to come in.

1.5lb/4x4 with 4 plants on a 3-4week veg of non winner phenos...ya I'm a total failure. And of course that is my only yield ever?? Get over yourself...so you pull 1000g/4x4 everytime right no matter what right???

So just to be clear... you think that showing brand new light(that he has never used) hanging over non flowering plants that vegged under T5's for the last month....are "results"???

First off there is no way you pulled 1.5 from your 4x4's I saw the grow and actually felt bad for you with All those lights hanging.

Second off You came in again like asshole with your ridiculous comments putting down a grower and light company. All I asked was for you to post results so there could be some sort of comparison here. Thank you 1.5lbs from a 4x4 what ever that works out to gpw.
