Identifying beast..

Over night those little creatures made serious damage to my girls. Can Anybody know what is those little winged creatures..

In the second picture you can see clearly what for beast is it under the fan leaves.

Also this strange black dots like poop or shit!

i just sed that about the black dots been pm because i have that one time and i scrubbed with a wet paper towel and it came out, but then keep coming back and then i fixed my rh and i never saw it again. Gl
