Drooping leaves on seedlings

One of my seedlings is looking very droopy and the other in not they were both watered at the same time but only one is drooping should I be worried?

Possibly over watered if you have not given them any nutes .

I gave a very small amount of nute because the soil had none.

the first two are the droopy plant the last one is the non droopy one and how are they doing over all?

MOVE THAT DAMN LIGHT AWAY FROM THE POUR LITTLE PLANT NOW

keep that light 4 inches away from that plant at all times

The difference is one is older or growing faster so the second leaves are bigger and drooping.

At least that's what I see...

Could be over watering.

Either heat stress or an overwatering. They look fine to be honest, but for the love of mary move that cfl back slightly, you may end up bleaching the poor pigments out with too much physical light.

Neuts. In seedlings. Dare i ask the logic. The soil SHOULD be nuteless for seedlings, with good reason. They cook easily and burn.
