I could be wrong but is this leave burn or worse.. I usually got my temps at 78 but a.c. went out and got to 90 for a day, got a new 150 watt cfl. 1 out of 4 effected.

That looks to me like its over watered. Any time you put a small plant in a big container and you do your first soak...it can drown the roots. Stick your finger deep in the soil and then pull it out and roll the soil between your fingers...if it feels super moist that would be the culprit.I could be wrong but is this leave burn or worse.. Ill post update when they wake up and is half a cup of water to little or to much for watering them.That looks to me like its over watered. I got a new 150 w cfl I got it about a foot away and keeps temps at 78 and I'll watch my watering thanks for all the help guys.Water only when the dirt is dry man and don't spray the water directly on the plant. And maybe your light is too close. It will recover its weed man but next time be careful with these things.
