No signs of pre flower

My cannanis plant is around 8 weeks old , the plant hasn't shown any Signs of pre flowers. I grow my plant outdoors in my balcony, it gets around 13 hours of light and 10 hours of darkness.

Your plant is not sexually mature they only show pre flowers when sexually mature or in flowering 12/12 which your plant is not

However I would be more concerned about the lack of light your plant has
That plant is very underdeveloped for its age

You're unlikely to gain much from that plant

This maybe due to your climate

Yeah , there isn't much I can do because in India growing is illegal, so I chose to grow it in my balcony to conceal the pot. I think it needs more light.

Do you know what it is you're growing? I mean, is it bagseed or did you buy seeds from somewhere? It could get huge! Not very stealth for a balcony. Growing is illegal here in UK too. What are the penalties in India? Do you know what the temperatures and humidity are like where you are?

Don't expect a massive yield, just grow it and have fun man. I believe flowering is triggered when nights get longer, so you might have to wait until autumn, haha!

You know Jorge Cervantes on YouTube? He really doesn't like growing in terracotta pots, they keep the soil too cool.

If that plant is 8 weeks old you've got problems. You better go to plan B because plan A is not working.

Growing a dwarf plant myself. Although it dwarfed because stress and a rip of all of it's roots maybe five-six weeks in. . . took her outside where she immediately began flowering. Might get a nickel off her if lucky. You can expect the same.
