It's been a while since my last post so here we go. Using the lucas formula but cut back on the micro. Only question I have is should I add something else or just whatever I take from micro add to the bloom. Anyway here are some pics for you guys and gals. Oh can't forget to shout out @Resinhound for all of his help. 20160323_094024.jpg 20160323_094007.jpg 20160323_093943.jpg

You have to be careful adding the extra p and k,I give a 1ml shot of koolbloom a couple times through the grow only.Once at flower transition and once about 3 or 4weeks flowering for the bulking phase.Replace 1ml of bloom with 1ml of koolbloom or similar p/k booster. But I wouldnt do much more than that,it will contribute to deficiencies and problems...keep her rolling as is,thats my advice. As usual keep an eye on PH and ec.You should slowly raise ec until you start seeing slight tip burn or other issues, when you see that cut down ec .1 or .2 less, try to maintain your ratio.I wont be running lucas next time...it works, but keeping ratios etc is a pain in the ass imo.I see you have slight tip discoloration, thats good and tells me your ec is about on track.g/j

Dont be overly concerned with the red stems,if they arent advancing into the leaf veins,if that atarts happening we have a problem.

Red stems can be a sign of deficiency or it can be genetic, some perfectly healthy strains will do it,normally if its caused by a deficiency the red will advance into the leaf veins and you will see other signs as well like early yellowing or other deficiency symtoms.Red stems without any other signs of problems arent something you need to treat in my experience. If it starts advancing into the leaves or you start seeing other signs then we will treat it,until then just keep her rollin.

Are you finding things you can do differently, things you can improve on for the next one? Youll be a pro in no time:)

You should do something with that tall cola, its going to keep the rest of the canopy too far from your light. Its good for your first go,at least the plant is healthy...thats the important thing for a first grow imo.

Yeah man. This has really been a fantastic experience. I've learned a lot. I researched and thought I knew but experience has taught me so much more. It really gave me confidence for my next grow. Edit: I should call this "@Resinhound taught me" lol

Id gently pull over that top cola with some string or something so you can drop your lights, thats the advantage of t5's.Even canopy of light, thats not too intense.

Check out @RM3 and @whitebb2727 for some very nice t5 work. They will have more tips for you.

If you can't get that top cola low, just use it to pull it down and to one side as far as you can. Then drop the other side of your light. Like its hanging in a angle if that makes sense. It looks good. Keep up the good works.
