It's the one Obama passed.

Oh, snap.
It seems like the pukes come up with plans to help the population but rarely would they act on it, it takes a Democrat to take their idea and make it work, just like immigration reform that's been in the house for years and can't bring it to the floor for a vote, so Obama reacted to the inaction of Congress and issued executive order. A Federal court did put a stop to it but at least he did do something not like the pukes who after the 2012 elections did a so called autopsy a was going to do something about immigration but the bill died in the house.

They truly don't want immigration reform, look what happened to Eric Cantor who got primaried just for supporting immigration reform.

Harrekin did you find all them bills that the pukes passed yet?

Just my opinion B4L, but I'd prefer the least amount of new laws passed as possible. In fact, give me a congress that undoes more than it does and I'll show you a congress I can support.

I need help understanding the thought process that says the congress that passes the most new laws is the best. Can you explain how that's a good thing? MOAR!!?

I doubt there's a person here who would think "you know, what this country needs is a bunch more new laws" unless they were using it as a reason to bitch about a political party. We should all be cheering for grid-lock, the less these fools do, the less harm. It's kind of a catch-22 really when you bitch about the other team not passing laws. Why the fuck would you want that? You obviously don't like the other team, why does it make sense in your mind to want them to pass a bunch of laws?

So let me get this straight, you rather have representatives in Congress who you pay $170k per year x 535 to do nothing? You're ok with that?

Tell me something you support the the Tea party/Freedom caucus( circus) don't you?

Man I can see you have no idea of how politics works.

lol

I'd rather they sit home than pass bills like the Patriot Act and the ACA and then be told how wonderful every thing is.

What I was questioning was your desire for a congress run by the party you obv hate to pass more laws? How stupid is that? Shouldn't you be happy the people you disagree with aren't doing much?

Well, if you understand the logic in not wanting the party you disagree with to do less harm, then you should understand my point in that I don't trust either party to do what's best for me. So yeah, send them all home for all I care. They do more damage the more they try.

It's definitely an lol lib thing when I hear people say things like that, sorry man, but only a lib would say "I hate everything that party stands for, disagree with their agenda, but they suck because they won't pass more laws".

How has the ACA negatively affected you personally?

I work in healthcare so it added a bunch more administrative work for me personally. What it did to the rest of the country was spend all of the health care equity we had on a shitty bill, so now doing something to actually dismantle the insurance/big pharma/hospital corp trinity of power is gone. We decided the best way to fix the problems were to further entrench and empower them.

Only an idiot would think we fixed problems caused by insurance by mandating that everyone has to have insurance. Only an idiot would think we made drugs cheaper by strengthening the name brand US only laws. Only an idiot would think health care costs would go down when we restrict barriers to new business and promote consolidation. We'll eventually end up with 5 or 6 hospital chains, 3 or 4 insurance choices and a handful of legal drug companies.

That's doing it wrong.

You should be able to destroy the point I made then. You criticize the pub congress for not doing enough when you know you wouldn't approve of anything they do. There's a word for that...

"I sure wish they would do more shit that I hate"
or
"That party that I would never vote for is not doing enough for me, they suck!"

That's like saying he shouldn't criticize something he hates. You're dumb.
