How can a President ok raping young boys over there, and then turn around and tell America,...You can`t do that ?

i didn't watch however, we should not be there, nor should we be telling them how to live as they've done for centuries as distasteful as it may be..there's a word for it. not liking someone else's culture because of what they find unappealing.
