The left, however, has invented this rape culture crap and using it to dumb down the definition of rape to get to their 25% quota. College women have been terrorized by the left into believing that "men are all rapists". It seems colleges are the lefties preferred battleground on this (based on federal meddling via title 9), even though the actual data say that colleges are safer for women than general society. So all this time, Boehner was a Democrat plant into the Republican party to try to draw them back to the center. After seeing what a bunch of nuts they are, and after talking to the Pope, he resigned his mission. This makes total sense to me, maybe Not GOP is right. [/sarcasm]

While it was true that more voters who are Catholic might identify with the Democratic party, it's not so much the case anymore. 53 percent of white Catholics now favor the GOP, versus 39 percent who favor the Democrats according to Pew, so yeah the Catholic vote went sort of to the right.
