heat

Any other suggestions on lowering my heat

guys we all looked past the most important issue in this room.
He is only running one exhaust. The one hooked up to the light. Its the radiation that the heat is coming from. Where is the main room exhaust at? dont just exhaust the light heat, If you dont get a supply of fresh air with a sealed exhaust to out side the room. Get a trash bag ready. week one of bloom will bring you some dusty mold. rendering the plants diseased. You don't want this trust me. can you leave the door open to the room and a big fan to supplement?

get dehumidifier

a good bit of advice is , look at a grow tent.. replicate it on a larger scale. They put those holes in the tent for a reason,

I have a 440 CFM exhaust fan. My room is 250 cf isn't that one fan plenty enough to exhaust the entire room?

Well I have a grow tent for my veg room. I cannot be cutting holes in the walls. So I made that fake door and cut two holes in it 1 for intake and one for exhaust

Its is , but your not utilizing the proper negative or positive air pressure , your basically just blowing the hot air , created by your light around in circles.

I thought that was the point of the exhaust fan was too. Suck heat off of my light and take it out of the room

see the mold? I just trashed this plant at a clients home. We installed a secondary exhaust system just 2 days ago to remove excess of heat from room due to climate change . in the spring, we get different weather and can get away with alot more. now our heat and humidity picks up.

2 things to remember ,

cant have too much light
cant have too much fresh air
both only make it better
note: I haven't visited your room this is only based up on pics and conclusions considering.

oh by the way, in the plant world a dehumidifier is a AC unit.

Remove your glass , have 1 open intake , and exhaust whole area up and through hood.
I Do this In my tight , area 2x2x6 ft but with cooltube and 400w hps.

My intake is Basically on the floor So if I put a thermometer there it would be reading my floor temperatures. I will put one of my readers outside the room and see what it is. I think my problem might be I have my tent outside of my grow room Ventilating straight into The room that my grow room is pulling its intake from.
Actually, i just wanted the ambient temp and the temp 15" away from the intake just to see how efficiently the air gets replaced. Where is the temp sitting at now? Mid 80's?

Two hrs after removing the glass the one on the sink was reading 90 and the one on the pot was reading 91
