So we recently got a 400w MH/HPS switchable /dimmable ballast and we like it a lot. Running 5 feminized plants in home-made decade-old organic compost. Plants are in good-sized planters to ensure root space. First pistils showed a week ago, and that's when I switched over from fish emulsion (5-1-1) to Earth Juice (0-3-1). I noticed yesterday that a few of the bottom leaves are yellowing. I am guessing the girls are missing the Nitrogen they no longer receive. This is our 1-st organic run, and I just mixed some epsom salts (Mg.) in with a 50/50 Fish Emulsion / Earth Juice Bloom. This way, they will get plenty of N, along with a Mg.supplement in flowering. The ladies are: Durga Mata II fem. (3) and Amnesia fem (2). I also have 3 little seedlings in 20oz. party cups, which are 2 wks. old. Hoping I'll find a good male to hit my best females with and produce some free, quality beans
