That looks like the "updated" politically correct version of "races" used by the feds so as to placate limp-wristed self loathing "white" liberals and blacks for criminal accountability purposes.

It's a lot easier to hide the true number of black crimes when Latinos, Arabs, and the entirety of N. Africa and the middles east are included as "whites" for criminal accountability purposes. The funny thing about that change is that blacks STILL have higher homicide rates than whites, latinos, and all the other "whites" combined, despite being less than 13% of the population.
