What is wrong with this bud ... Please help

Just noticed a few buds seem dark one of our Bw and one Sd... These are grown outside and were planted in a ocean/black forrest soil. They are watered usually every other day. They are in the late flowering stage. Does anyone know what is wrong if anything?

Whats your concern with the buds? They look like they're leaching and turning yellow like they should that close to harvest.

I thought they looked almost ready too but I had a friend say it looks like they have rust mites but I see no signs of anything being wrong. Just wanted some other opinions.

I only see red pistils (hairs) and some amber trichomes (crystals). Nice looking buds.

Thank you.. So maybe this bud is just turning faster then others on the plant

i'd say those are ready to harvest imo you could always give em a couple more days to a week but i would harvest those sometime this week

That's what we thought but like a said above a friend was trying to say it looked like it might have a issue and I wanted others opinions. He was also saying we shouldn't harvest for weeks.. I think he's wrong

those plants are done growing. they also look like extremely fine smoke good job.

Thats ONE purply ass bud gf. Rust mites kill the plant from the bottom up and suck the juices out of the trics. No worries, they look perfect. You have some cannabolization going and even some cool nigh temps making those leaves and buds turn the most beautiful colors. GJ If you need some help with curing, hit me up

Thank you I thought they were doing great and almost ready just takes one person saying they look rust color and I got worried.. Lots of time and energy into this grow and if it was something I don't need it to spread.

I read a lot on bud rot yesterday and looked up pics but I just know what I read on it... We looked at buds under microscope and did not see any signs of bud rot. But I know it says bud rot eats bud from inside out. We took a clipping of bud to dry and open up to check for it.

+1 2 XP for researching I pulled this off one of my plants last year...botrytis took out half my crop (5lbs). THis is a pic is at an early/progressed stage. Since youre outside , when you bend your bud over and look at the calyxes by the stem, it will have a weird dingy glow. Keep an eye out for that and check every big bud every day.

Ty I will start checking for that... Just didn't wanna mess with plants to much and spread anything not knowing. Especially being so close to harvesting.
