You do know that it RAINS outside right?

Op......your plant looks a little underdeveloped for the age......your over-watering; let it go for a couple of days in that pot size

yep. and the sun is not inches from the leaves too.

seedlings also don't do too well under full sun...

Sun loving C3 plants like mj love full sun from the beginning fyi.

I agree they do love the sun, but I had my light too close to my seedlings for a while, and slowed their growth significantly. After I raised the light, they grew at a normal rate again.
