yah, no shit.. i had pretty much known nj's laws are some of the strictest of any program, but after i put that link up i went and checked out the site and what qualy's you need, and jesus, you pretty much have to be on your death bed to qualify.. it was like cancer, aid's, another imnnuno disease, and i think like chrohn's and glaucoma i think it was..

Yup.......I knew about it already. Very tough to get approved and after you do, the pot sucks. I think I read they only have 190 patients total. What did you expect, Colorado???

Misplaced anger if you ask me but if it makes you feel better, so be it. Do what most others in your state are doing and it's either grow a plant or two or find a reliable source for your meds........

i graduated from stockton state in galloway township i have a degree in urban forestry trust me i know about that fucken lyme disease and the deer ticks that seem to float in the damn air down there by smithville whoa. I thought i had it because of some maladies id had but then i saw someone suffering from full onset lymes disease almost made me cry seeing a solid strong man brought to his fucken knees by a tick the size of a pinhead. scary my man.

If I were you, I would look into growing an Indica type plant for yourself, I've heard that Indicas help lyme patients. Good Luck! :D

I wouldn"t bother registering in that nazi state!!!!
Better you just grow illegal. so many people there, just dont show or tell anyone, and your gold!
Putting your name on a registry, to an untrustworthy government, in hopes they will be cool to you is unrealistic!!!!!
Remember you are giving them the rights to your info, and then can then just check up on you. If you are illegal, they have to find you, and investigate you. Much more difficult for the police to do that.

couldn't agree anymore kona.. i never got the whole registering with the state, telling them my name, ssn, address, next of kin, and actually telling them that, yes, i am in fact growing cannabis plants, in violation of federal law even... never sounded like a good idea to me, which is why i'd rather stay illegal and take my chances then out right telling the powers that be all they need to know to land me in jail / prison, no thanks, i'll pass, to the left, your hit.. :D

I think people were soooooo stoked that it was somewhat legal, that they gave up themselves to our government. Not realizing what they have done. But even though it has shown to have numerous medical benefits, the feds wont reschedule it. The feds are doing this for a reason. They want to still have the power to bust your ass!!!! They are just waiting for everyone to get comfortable and complacent, then they are gonna unleash some serious shit on all medical marijuana! Either a mass sweep and arrest of all med growers, or go to all med growers and do what they are doing now, but step it up even harder, i mean that they will raid more and more people, take all their shit, and not arrest them!
Either way your fucked!!!!!
Unless the feds drop the scheduling......its all just a big pack of bullshit!!!!!!

The norml site has info about locating a mmj dr in nj but like others said it's very difficult to qualify and even then you only have 3 currently open dispensaries at the moment and only ones running is egg harbor and montclaire and they run out of inventory all the time from what I've read/heard you can however have your certified dr to sign a Maine or possibly other states caregiver designation form with states that allow out of staters problem with that is it legally can't leave the state but while your in those states you can purchase from other caregiver or disp that designates you as a patient. But yeah good luck in nj that's 1 of the many reasons why I'm moving to Maine.

Correction you would need to establish a relationship with the out of state dr and get certified in that state for your condition but your dr in nj may be able to contact other dr but you see what I mean nj just makes it soo complicated for people in the state that need this medicine it really is unfortunate
