Is this a good setup?

Hey im starting my own hydroponics and im wondering if this is a good setup. Ive got an aquarium bought airpump with an airstone, Sensi Grow 2 part formula, Ph tester, a 4 1/2 gallon bucket with 3 layers of black tape, growing medium (hydroton), flourescent lighting, and a fan. Currently my seed is being germinated in rockwool and im waiting for the roots to sprout.
Any info with what else i need or anything at all it will be appreciated.

Its looking good bro, Im actually doing a DWC grow myself, allthough i am only using fox farm nutes. Get a PPM/EC Meter. It will help out with controlling the nutrients in the water.
