So I have just built a Medicinal Stealth Grow Cabinet, this is my first indoor grow. I have grown for several years using the wonderful outdoors but growing my medicine is almost as much fun as smoking it! I have uploaded some attachments for ur personal opinions, I used an old cabinet that i had in storage. It was quite easy to turn a cabinet into a grow area! I removed all cabinets but the top one, I use the top one for storage! I am currently using soil, with fox farm nutes. I started my plant on Nov 9th by Nov 24th my plant was already 12 inches tall, i have never seen anything grow so quickly. Im currently using CFL's i have a wide variety of sizes but during Veg I use all 6500k Day light Bulbs and for when flowering starts i will change out the lights with my 2700k Soft White bulbs, i also have two fluoros on the side for side lighting, these lights are for Shelf Growing, not sure if they help but u cant have enough lighting. I also have a 6in duct fan coming out the top right where warm air is expelled into a Carbon Filter. I have a small comp fan placed in the bottom for air flow in! I also have a fan inside for strong stem growth which is set on low and osculates on the inside! I hope ya enjoy, if u have any ideas for me please post below. Also if u have any questions about my setup and what not hit me up! Im new to this site and i enjoy reading every ones positive feed back!! This is a great site with what seems to have alot of great ppl on it!

I just uploaded 2 more pics.
1st pic is showing the back of the Cabinet! it has a 120mm fan at the bottom blowing air in, it also has a 6in duct fan coming out the top with 6in flex coming out. I directed the air flow through the wall into a closet where i have a Carbon Filter Attached, i know alot of ppl say not to use it but it seems to work well for me!!
2nd pic is showing the inside of the Cabinet, all the lights are not in there but i believe its showing 8 in the pic! the picture was just taken so u can get a quick idea on how i did it!!

organic grow.jpgPHOENIX.jpg

FIRST OFF: I just recently purchased "The General Organics Go Box" I have heard great reviews from ppl online, I was wondering if any one has used or aware of General Organics products? I currently have

  • Includes: (1) 16oz BioThrive Grow / (1) 16oz BioThrive Bloom
  • (1) 8oz CaMg+ / (1) 8oz BioRoot / (1) 8oz BioWeed,
  • (1) 8oz BioBud / (1) 8oz BioMarine / (1) 8oz Diamond Black
I will be starting to use these fine products Tomorrow! im quite EXCITED to see what these products will do to my final product ;p (sorry about the stoner cat in the back ground, he is a attention whore)

Also I purchased some small RockWool i believe 1.5x1.5 for starting seeds! I was wondering if its okay to move plants to soil after the plant has grown through the RockWool? I dont see that being a problem, roots will grow through any Medium (soil, rockwool, clay, etc) but was just wondering if anyone does that and what other options i have using rockwool?

Here We Go: Here are Two pictures taken yesterday! The plant was planted on Nov 9th so that makes it 21 days old, The plant is still growing quite rapid, leaves are taken over and the stem is very thick!
I Recently topped the plant by cutting off the node of new growth at the very tip top of the plant, hoping to cause the plant to spread two top branches and grow twice the top buds. I usually do the Fimming method with my outdoor plants but lets give the ole fashion topping a try! Im currently growing with CFL's for the first time, not sure if i should trim up alot of shade leaves or leave them be? What do u ladies and gents think? The plant looks like a Fern lolol but i cant complain cuz its 21 days old!!

Stay Tuned For More guys!

1 day after topped.jpg

Here is the plant after being Topped for 1 day!

I realize i have Red Stems, i truly believe its just Stress Induced. Im always Stressing my plants for optimal growth during its Veg growth, closer to the time when im ready to throw the plant into Flowering i will give my plant a Xanex and it should be Stress Free!!! lol j/k but i really do believe its just Stress Induced!!

First of all, I've very interested to see what you things of the Go Box. I've been eyeballing it, but haven't bought one yet.

Two, I have an attention whore of my own. Yours is gorgeous! Once you go Siamese, other cats just sound weird.

And three, here's what I do with rockwool...
1. Soak for 15 minutes in properly pH'd water (I use 6.0)
2. Squeeze the cube enough to get a fair amount of the water out, but don't wreck the shape (squeezed the hell out of the first one I ever picked up and it was so wrecked it was funny. Had to toss it and grab another.
3. I never use the preset hole. Not sure what it was meant for, but it doesn't fit my seeds or my clones.
4. Flip the cube over so that the hole is on the bottom.
5. For seeds, take a toothpick and make a hole about 1/2" deep. (I keep a marked toothpick in my tool case)
6. For clones, make the hole about 2/3 of the way through the cube
7. Carefully place the seed (pointy side down) into the hole you created. It should be a tight fit.
8. Pinch a tiny piece of rockwool off one corner, flatten it and place it gently over the seed hole like a sunroof.
9. Don't touch it again until you see leaves.
10. Place the cube(s) on a plate or saucer and put under lights 24/7 till they pop through.

Never had a failure.

Once the plant breaks through, I leave it right where it is till the second set of full leaves. Then I transplant into my medium (I use either hydroton for DWC or soil), rockwool cube and all. I let the plants get a little leggy at first then submerge that extra height into the soil or hydroton so that the rockwool is fully covered.
