Nice vid man! I'm glad this method works well for you. I like to get much more aggressive personally, I bend my bitches wherever I want them to spread out the canopy. Usually multiple times in one spot until I get a huge ass knot then move further up the shaft to keep the canopy consistent. Visible damage is a good thing when it comes to super cropping IMO. Obviously there is a fine line there though! Thanks for sharing.

Yeah fer shur! im only begging my self and will shurly get more aggressive with it in time. plus this is a good vid for noobs to learn the technique, also had just switched into flower and didnt want to take any unnessisary risks, hence the small branch and gental touch. in that last pic wer that vag shaped scar is is wer my knot is, broke through the skin haha then barked up
