This is for sacramento, can be adapted to fit your county and has information for state contacts. Might not be perfect but it is still way more info than anyone else is giving up! This cost me money (part of my growers letter packet) but I will share free! at first I thought I didn't want more clubs, but with competition prices go down!
I also thought that it is better for the legalization movement if there are less collectives getting busted for not having their stuff together!

so is this for a despensary or a grow?

both. its for a large grow, up to 99 plants. but to do that you must have a collective. and all the other stuff in the papers.

This isn't the stuff you need for the growers letter or your medical permit, just the stuff to start a collective so that your growers card is in good standing!

I can help assemble and edit with OCR and pack it up to a nice PDF.
I also have "Authorization to grow" and "Transportation" documents I can scan and OCR to PDF.

Organizing a collective is easy. The tough part is actually opening up shop and jumping through hurdles. What specific question you have- I'll do my best to answer

nice ... where can one find more information on specifics... all the sources i've found online are very vague. to get concrete info must i speak with an attorney?
