UPDATE on flowering clone.....it has been a while but she is finally in full swing again. SO GLAD i did not lose this strain. thanks for all the help. here is a pic

looks like it took about a month to right itself....the wait was worth it:)

I'm glad I ran into this thread. All my ladies are starting to bloom . Though I have already taken some cuttings of strains I want to keep there are a couple I decided I wanted to keep after seeing the early buds but thought was too late to take cuttings. I'm going to try this now!!!
 
So it seems the method of taking clones from flowering plants will result in a bushier plant but take longer to revert back to a growing stage. Would you say it's more efficient to clone during veg then?
