I would expect you are on course for more than that...I originally planned for two plants only, I have four sprouting...but the reality will only come once the fems have shown their wares...hehehehe continued good luck man!
My original goal was to have 1 plant and yield about an ounce. We'll see what happens in the next few weeks.

As you can see you don't need expensive High Pressure Sodium lights and hydroponic systems with tons of nutrients. If you read my posts you will see mostly I just used water and soil from outside with CFLs. didn't pick up nutrients until flowering and spent a whole 4 dollars for a bottle of 10-15-10 Shultz liquid drop plant food that mixes with water every feeding. The light bulbs I got over time on clearance for at most 4 dollars a bulb. I have 5 total.

your right, your DONT really need HPS lamps, but they arent that expensive if u shop. my plants are about 55 days old. 4 weeks into flowering with 2 600 watt hps. pics dont lie. but keep up the good work and i hope your plant keeps goin strong and puts out some nice nuggies for ya

if I had money and space to put it, I would use HPS system, but I am tight on space and money, so my grow is more than happy for what I put into it, my outcome is sweet!

I read and heard about Molasses. It acts like carbs and explodes your buds. Would regular sugar act the same when dissolved in water? I added a spoonful of sugar to a pint hot water and mixed, cooling temperature of water before watering. After a day the buds have gotten a little bigger and more crystals.

I added a capful of molasses. Got some at the store for a buck 50. Mixed it into a pint of water. my buds swelled and new bud growth is noted. I will easily get an ounce yield of this plant. There is so much bud on it!

no secrets. I listed my lights a couple pages back. Every detail from light bulb watts to nutes is on that page about 8 or 9 I think. Just tender daily watch and routine watering was the aid to healthy development. I picked one of the big buds at the top, and dried it in an oven. It was great. I want more of a body buzz so I will see how far it is about december 10th. Maybe a little later to get THC to turn into CBN lazy high instead of just a head buzz high. It was real mellow and kind of gave me a headache, and my friend agreed. It smelled like fresh pine bud, it weighed about 8 grams wet, i'll post a photo....

The photos are in of my test nug I was talking about last post. It was pulled a little early. These are photos of that bud. It was pulled from the top of the plant, one of the four big nugs. The trichones are cloudy white which gives this a head buzz, more of a social smoke or morning high. I'm going to grow my plant longer, to get more of a stoney-body slam. Weight so hard to get up off the couch.
