So this is my 1st attempt at Low Stress Training. The plant has also been topped as it was growin at such a rapid rate that i couldnt train it down quick enough (also cloned it using the cutting).
The strings were taken off for this photo as i wanted to gauge how well the stems were where i wanted them.
All comments and constructive criticism welcome..
This plant was inspired by MBlaze - Awesome Grower! If any1 gets a chance, stop by and check out his Trees.

Nice job bro, the canopy is nice and wide now so she should turn out to be a nice fat bush. What size pot is she in?

Looking good dude. I would try to tie her down a little more and get more light to the areas that arnt getting nuch, but other than that u have the right idea.

They are in 50Litre Pots. Im having to cut it back to keep it in the pot bcos it is taking over the plants next to it, but its ok, cos im cloning it heaps.
I would b more than happy to give you 1 to c wat u cud do with it.

I will be tying it back down today, just took the string off for the photos. So i will definately be strengthining the weaker stems.

Looks great. What is the best way to do LST? (P.S. i'm the dude with the plants that are about to hit the roof!!)

Best way to do LST is when they have not been watered recently, otherwise the stems will snap if they have been watered.
I take select branches and tie them down to the pot, with only very slight tension, then day by day increase the tension bit by bit. This not only reduces height, but also strengthens the branches themself, which is a big plus for flowering!

Hahaha thanks but no thanks bro, im enjoying my my time off from growing so im not lookin for any plants to care for.

cheers

Thats cool Mate, offer is always there. Thanks for all the tips and tutorials that you have helped me with. I hope u didnt mind the link i put in my main text - figured it would send a bit more traffic your way and help u get ur RIU hit.

Ok, so i decided to turn them early to avoid the heat issues that would arise with the fact it is getting hotter here, and this lady was rapidly encroaching on the area of the other plants..
1st Pic is just her, and the 2nd Pic is the rest of the grow room.
(Shame about the stunted plant).

I'm very interested in how this turns out.

how many times does that go around? Is it just one circle around the pot?

It is not tied over, i just tied down select branches to make them grow longer so that they reach all sides of the pots. I topped her at about a foot high, but now she is over 2 foot wide.

Strain is Super Lemon Haze - cheers for the interest.
I will update with more pics in a few days, she is starting 2 get lovely White Hairs!
