Stopped by today to view how things were moving along....naturally, it is going slowly. i will make note of my patience and lack there of in this aspect of gardening.
However, that being said, everything that has been....is still there. strong and healthy....not ready for TP yet, no big roots as of yet...have not poked around at the pods to get an inside look..i would rather wait for them to pop thru........

..slow process, possible that this strain is a bit slower with cloning....I am not sure. My thoughts are all will take. All are mucho sturdy and just need a bit of time. I chucked a 23 2700k in with the 6500k. lots of lumies. got food......time to get ass in gear. lol. and wait for the good fortune.....stay tuned.

Im a noob to indoor growing and want to get my ducks in a row before i go buy anything for my indoor grow. I downloaded a book the other day called buds4less and i noticed that he didnt mention anything about switching the lights from 6500k (veg) to 2700k (flower) when he changed his light cycle for flowering. Im wondering if switching the bulbs is really needed to produce the same amount of bud. Right now im considering 6-8 42 watters or a 125watt mixed in with 42 watters on the the sides. Im really on planning on growing 2 plants at a time 1 flowering and one in veg for a perpetual harvest. All information is greatly appreciated.

Chapter 4 - No roots thru pods yet, buuuuut.....madd green, straight and sturdy. knocked one over....its obviously dying....kinda cool knowing this one is dyin....and all the other look alive....lol.....kinda reassuring.....ready for the TP, whenever that comes about....going with soil. Momma plant is already filling in with little buds everywhere....looking like it will be a great yielder......glad i took these snips....might be a wise move. goin with a feeding every second watering....dont need the heating pad so much...lights are keepin it warm enough. Babies seem to be drinking more and more as time goes......also have a side experiment on the go, as a note.....took a snip off a momma in flower, a confidant wanted to try and see what roots faster and why, starting from a different life phase.....he may be onto something.will keep posted....

Done and done........will only be using this thread for each chapter now too....make thing more sensible......lmao. reposting some clone pics here as well.
welll it doesnt seem to want me to load the pics...ill try later.....stupid interent

Chapter 4- UPDATE -
After some debate and deliberation, and waiting, results FINALLY came about... Did not have time for pics today, but here is the run down....
I am not living in the same space, therefore I cannot be there 24/7. The one thing I could not monitor was the temp. inside the room. This time of the year, we can have hot days and cold nights. being in a basement can have a play on that. Previously, my pad had heated up too much, and dried out too fast....I corrected this problem, or at least I had halfway. hindsight has kicked in and i know now I needed a timer for the heating pad.....That being said, it is cool enough in the day to leave it on 24/7.......
i now have roots showing on over HALF within TWO DAYS of re-applying the heating pad.....All babies are much perkier today than the last time <2 days ago) that i had checked in on.....not too dry either, I was VERY happy. THIS is the moment I was waiting for. I have gone from doubting my methods to understanding that it had been the variables that I was unaware of, that had caused me to loose some time 'just waiting'. I have learned much in this chapter........I really, really, reeeeeally love this strain, and I want to keep it going, no matter what it takes....... I have full belief I caught this juuuuuust in time, and now with ideal conditions, these babies are exploding......I got my fingers crossed....... Upon first sight today, i could have sworn they were growing up, and taller finally.....then upon closer inspection.....well, you know the rest now. Hope any of this info helps anyone who is, or might be in this situation. Between this, and the lot outside, I have been pretty busy. Indeed pics will be up, most likely on, or before the weekend....no later lol. gettin excited to re-pot soon. I feel really stupid for not clueing in earlier, but very happy now none the less.
thanks for the confidence boost blaze, always good to hear McChi....we are doin it man.
Stay tuned guys, more to come. Thanks for stoppin by dudes.

side note........goddamn shiticane ...aka, hurricane.... did some damage to my girl outside.....BUT, they survived with some support and good feedings, and terrific weather. all had survived. I am one of the lucky ones or possibly, a little smart....and have not been nabbed or damaged. other side note....I found out what neem or neam oil , is .....gonna use it next year . I guess you just dont know everyting and do learn as you go.......fuck eh.workin on pics of that. yup yup!

Chapter 5 - The saga continues!

Lots has happened in the last few days, been tardy with this post, had been putting it off. Busy with work, and the on-goings of the chapter.....
Where to begin. After the roots had poped out, I gave it a few more days, let it get more established if it needed to before transplanting them. No more roots were shooting through, so I figure now would be a great time to do that. Seen them the day after the TP, and they seemed to be doing quite well. I should have checked on them today, but they are in good hands. I decided to go with 23 watt 6500's . positioning was a piece of cake. built a table , everything is sitting at perfect height to deal with now. Was able to slide in my space heater under the table , and build a brace for my reflect hood. Which, I happen to have a 4 foot mirror, to use for it. This is the first time I could mount a mirror on top, JUST ABOVE my lights, resulting in....welll.....it's bright as hell. I was totally pumped when the idea struck me...if I can get more mirrors, as they get bigger and in bigger pots.....this might be somethin crazy....... all girls are lookin strong, a couple leafs went yellow on me over the last two weeks, but in short they are the healthiest clones i have ever 'made'......Included here is a pic of a three week old girl I happen to know quite well......Possibly one for my record books.....hope you all enjoy....thanks for stoppin by once again......once something more interesting happens ill be interested in taking more pics....I promise. This will tide you guys over tho.....this is what I am aiming for :) time to smoke one!!! theholygrailinaction.jpg
