Topping Questions

Hey, as far as topping goes, what should I do if my topping job did nothing?

I topped my plant about two weeks ago, and no growths are coming out from where I cut. It still is nice and green.

Should I make another cut? Do I have to wait longer?

My other plant that I LST with is growing like a monster compared to this one.

No growth will come from where you cut. Topping allows more energy to be transfered to secondary branches.

But for this plant, should I just cut off all the growth after the Y.

There should be new growth from the nodes immediately below your cut though.

Yes, but its pathetic compared to the LST plant that WAS the same size, but is now gigantic.

The topped plant still has a shoot going up after the Y, should i destroy it?
