I use dabpress havent had to look for new brands since I started bout a year ago. Pressed about a pound by now. About to press over a pound every 10 weeks lol. Just started a perpetual clone grow.

Its more about how its loaded and pressed. Prepress and less amounts help with blow outs. I press 4 1/8th pucks at once just fine. Also not pressing too hard.

Preheating helps which is using a little pressure and keep there for a minute before continue. People told me theres many good brands of bags but yea.

Welcome to the club! Its quite the experience.

Awesome. I started with Dabpress variety pack and so far so good. I guess I'll just stick to those. Mostly practicing on old weed (learned right off the bat that old weed sucks for pressing). Getting some good returns but it tastes about just how it smells. OLD AND MUSTY. haha. My freshest weed is much more tasty but not getting a good return. Guess I'll have to start hunting for cultivars that press well. Thanks!

What size press did you get? I got a 6 ton. I like it so far.

Am I correct by using 90 and 120 micron bags for flour? Been playing around with temps at 170 to 190?
I use 90u as they recommend based on RH of the weed they say quote “We prefer to use 160 micron for fresh flower over 65% humidity, as flower drys we go down in micron screen size (for dry flower use 90 micron), 120 micron is good middle range.”

I was told larger micron will let more impurities, more yueld but less thc. Smaller micron more thc less yield. Ive seen people say use any size, wont matter which Ive seen myself.

My weed tends to be 64%rh or lower so I tend to use 90u. 120u was fine so was 160, didnt make much difference. Low temp press yields less but the quality, a strain can make some fire terpy buttery rosin.

High temp will start to ruin it but it does yield more, have to find the right line between the two.
