a question that is suspect is being muddled by google algorithms.

just the answers feel like they were made up by AI to "keep that idiot from doing something stupid."
can you get dry socket from smoking weed after you get a tooth pulled, or is that just tobbacco? seriously the answers from google feel like "error, no information, fabricate answer in responsible and cuationary manner."

Yes and you can get it from sucking on a straw too. Be very gentle if you do or better yet take an edible if they work for you. I hope you are doing well.

I just vaped my volcano through my nose.
Had a tooth pulled couple weeks ago. Before that it was wisdom teeth 2 years ago. Did the same thing. You DONT want dry socket. You will be in agony. 3-4 days and you're pretty much in the clear.
Oh ouch! Yeah dry socket sucks and using your Volcano nasally is brilliant. Does it make your nasal mucosa burn at all?

I remember i was frustrated when looking for the answer i was looking for (lol) when i pulled my wisdom tooth. I vaped a couple by hiding the area with my tongue. No harm

I would just shred up the flower so I could take lung hits easier without creating any vacuum. Don't hit it too hard though, because coughing can dislodge the clot too. If you do cough a little bit, try not to close your mouth when you do, just like when you hit the pipe ;)

You hit the nail on the head with this!

Here's the thing – smoking anything after a tooth extraction is generally a bad idea, including weed. Smoking creates suction in your mouth, which can dislodge the blood clot that forms over the extraction site. This blood clot is essential for healing, and if it gets dislodged, it can lead to a painful condition called dry socket.

Now, there isn't a ton of scientific research specifically on smoking weed and dry socket. Most studies focus on tobacco smoking. But, considering the mechanics of smoking and the risks involved, it's best to avoid it altogether after a tooth extraction.
