Imho all that glutton.free and other shit.like that is bs its just the big companies trying to get more money just dont eat so.much shit and ull be good....but pretty much everything upsets my stomach
Not really, it's 100% real. All grains are bad for your digestive system, including whole grains, but gluten is especially harmful and pretty much everyone is gluten intolerant, some people are just more sensitive to it. From migraines, to ADHD, to celiac disease, to down syndrome, restless legs, autoimmune diseases, GERD, IBS, and more, all evidence suggesting wheat and gluten are culprits. Not saying they are the only thing that can cause these, but they can and do. And here's the evidence.

Sometimes people fail to see that smoking not only elevates the mind but also sets a certain persona about an individual. Sometimes taking a break gets your emotions into subliminally thinking "I'm not smoking , I'm square now!?" That's where the fear comes in. Change. People fear change and the reaction to change from others around them.

If you were man enough to smoke a lot , then tell yourself you are man enough to do with out it. Break or whatever. Read a book, jog or just meditate. You're own thoughts are more killer than stopping smoking ganja. Day at a time. Totally different example but I used to tell my self "how can I claim to be a hardcore mofo(I used to be a knuckle head growing up) if I don't eat onions and am picky with everything" I know its a crazy example. But in the end its your mind over matter. Good luck.

I've tapered off of Dr. prescribed methadone. Took it for over 4yrs. for chronic pain due to severe nerve damage. I started getting bad side effects and didn't feel like myself so I decided to get off it. Took 6 mo. stop and another 6mo to feel normal, it was a BITCH! I stopped a 30yr+ ciggy habit, quit drinking over 12yrs ago and easily quit doing cocaine after doing it here and there for 10yrs. I stopped smoking cannabis for about 4yrs- I had been smoking everyday for 25 yrs- it was very easy, only about a week of uneasy sleep. Started smoking again after 2 back surgeries 10yrs ago. Although now I usually just smoke a little in the evening to unwind and help get to sleep. Anything habit forming tends to effect everybody differently, but quitting cannabis, even a very heavey habit is nothing compared to any physically dependant substances. I would be very careful with the Zannies, it's way worst to get off them compared to getting off cannnabis. Good luck, your not alone. There are several forums concerning stopping drugs of all kinds- good places to ask questions and to get things off your chest.

The simple solution for anyone who wants to find an alternative to grains/wheat... sprouted buckwheat groats. Despite the name, it's not wheat nor is it a type of grain, but it's a seed. Loaded with vitamins and minerals, complete protein, and increases the good bacteria (probiotics) in your gut, rather than poking holes in your intestines like grains. Also rich in fiber and flavonoids. No gluten, just deliciousness. I may warn you, however, it will make you fart a lot and speeds up 'transit time' so you may poop more often. But that's good because sprouted buckwheat groats cleanse the colon.

Oh, but the fun doesn't stop there. It's a great source of lecithin, which has been proven to reduce anxiety, depression, foggy thinking, etc... and this makes sense given the fact that the brain is made up of nearly 30% lecithin. Also has CoQ10, essential for a healthy heart, and loaded with magnesium, which the vast majority of Americans are deficient in.
