Hello, I had a friend ask me to come take a look at some of her plants as she is having one that dwarfed and went into flower at like 9" tall. The other 2 are doing well and just loving the veg, However she had this other plant it doesn't even look like a pot plant but it has buds growing on it...

Might be dumb to even ask, but is there a possibility of a visual ID on this guy? A co-worker's son is selling it, and I'd like to TRY and figure out what it might be before I "bite"
