tiny tent

Hi, everyone. I have a tiny tent, 1200mm (4ft) tall with a base of 400(1'4") x 400mm. Would it be a better use of space to grow a few main buds from a few small plants, or to train a single plant to use the space? I'd rather stick to one plant but if SOG is is more productive (or possible) in...
