Well my plants look nothing like others i have seen here on the site.
its a sative blend and i had some issues with them before i started giving them nutes they perked up and now i have a ZINC issue from what i can tell.

the medium is FoxFarm ocieanic soil and nutes are FoxFarm GrowBig...

plants are 30 days old from seed. been under the new 400 watt light for 2 days. and have just started getting 18/6 for the last 7 days.

they looked better when they were under the CFL's

It's nutrient burn. Ease up on the strength use 1/2 the amount instructed to use and do that for two weeks then go full strength

Do I just water it again with regular PH water or do I water it for awhile and flood it with PH water
flushing is running 3 x pot size water

1 gallon pot - 3 gallons of water

i personally dont grow in soil i grow coco but i never flush with just plain water i use either very weak nutes or a flushing additive.

Well i flushed the plants and put maybe 5 gallons of water through each pot. The were a little droopy at first but now they look good. Should I pull of the leaves they have the damage on them or leave them?
