Wow, awesome plants. I'm not exactly sure about the etiquette here, but I wanted to ask you a question about one of your plants. I have one that looks extremely similar, I'm growing outdoors in your area, and I planted it the end of February - so they have a lot in common. I'm not trying to be overly formal, I just remember seeing some kind of rules about not being able to post in someone's thread unless you have permission. Thanks!

Hey, Lookin good, those are gonna be some nice plants by the looks of it.
I'm growing two of the same strains as you - purple widow and mazar x afghan in a greenhouse and then outdoors, there around 2 weeks old now.

Thats very interesting that the one purple widow started flowering just 4 weeks in.
Just curious- when did the purples and mazarxafg start to show sex?
Also when did you start adding nutes and when did ya move them outdoors?

suscribed. I'll have to check up and compare plants, etc.

Thanks bro, ill check yours out, and to answer your questions, only one purple widow showed sex because it flowered for some reason even though it was started in in may, and the afghanxmazars showed sex a long time ago because I started them indoors under fluoros in late feb..all the others, like the durbans and purp bagseeds were all started outdoors....and I add nutes after 3-4 weeks

Cool, thanks. Like I said, I planted a bagseed in some miracle gro potting mix 3 months ago (late Feb.). I'm in SoCal. I've had somebody on here tell me it's an indica. I think the first plant on the left of your first photo, is pretty spot on to looking like what I'm growing.

When do you expect to see preflowers? I posted pictures of what I thought was a male preflower from my plant on a separate thread. However, I was assuming that I wouldn't see any preflowers until the daylight started waning - sometime in late June, early July timeframe. What do you think? Thanks!

Yeah your plant definitly looks like an indica dominant, the three plants that I have in holes in the ground already, have all showed sex cuz they were started early, and the others, I expect to see sex within a month... I cant tell when yours will show sex, but you'll know if its a male or female...

Sooo im thinkin of pulling this girl up...its an afghanxmazar,it was one of my best orginally, but now all my other plants are doing way better than her because I had a bunch of problems...she got far into flowering, and has been in the process of revegging for a longgg time and hasnt changed much for about a month and a half! and she looks fuckin gnarly, in a bad way, super dark green w/ thin leaves, ... and shes in one of the best spots for sunlight that I can use for one of my other healthy plants, and to top all that off, one of her main cola branches has mold or fungus and the infected branch isnt growing at all(the opposite cola branch, is growing well), anyways there are pics showing the mold, can you all let me know what you think, if I should pull her to replace one of my durbans in the hole, or just let her suck ass growing and finish w/less yield, or cut the branch with the mold off? with the other healthy monster plants right next to her, growing vigorously, shes become just an eye sore lol
pics 3 and 4 are the mold...

Hey there
I just stumbled upon this grow and i have to say im impressed!

I am also growing Hollands Hope, up here in Norcal. Its a very forgiving strain thats for sure.

As for your moldy reveg plant, i would chop it and make hash. It seems like it wont be able to grow to its full potential like some of your other vigorous plants. Keep it up!
