I'm growing Tahoe OG Kush from feminized seed (Cali Connection). I'm in late veg stage right now.

Details:

- Organic grow.
- 3'7" x 3'7" grow room.
- 600-watt HPS for flowering.
- She's in a 3-gallon pot right now.
- I FIM'ed her a week ago.
- I'm about to clone her, then transplant her into a 7-gallon tan smart pot.
- Then I'll flower her out.
- And I'll flower her clones.

See the Lady Bug? It's Lady Bug season here.

I've never tried this strain but I've heard good things about it.

Feel free to ask questions or whatever. Grow talk is fun.

Look on amazon or etc for a clone king.. there cheap easy and work. I have the 36 site one (which is to small for 36 clones but does 15 20 pretty decent. They are 65 dollars roughly and all you need is add water and a timer for 15 min on 15 min off and a little pink indescent light bulb. Only suggesting as I see your organic.

you could trim up the bottom a little to remove the sucker buds to help promote bigger growth up top
Pruning is my weakest area in growing. I learned to FIM just fine, but I'm not very good at other pruning.

Should I just lollipop about a third way from bottom to top? And Is this the right time to do this, or should I wait?

Thank you.

From the pic above the lower fan leaves that are shaded then the next big set of fans I would trim the small stuff in that area similar to lollipop but would not go that excessive

I cant yet comment on the pruning aspect, since i have only topped my ILGM OG Kush, but this plant is a good grower and mine seems to be enjoying being a big shrub. I'm looking forward to seeing how yours does compared to mine (though im using T5 and CFL).

So which do you prefer to use, the clonex gel or the garden safe rooting hormone powder? The clonex dish looks like a good rolling tray, how did you score it?
I've used the Take Root powder by itself with good luck, and the Clonex gel by itself with good luck. But since I have both, I use both. The gel goes on first, and then I roll the stem in Take Root powder on the tray.

Here's a pic of the clones after exactly one week. Not much leaf necrosis, but no roots showing yet from the Rapid Rooter plugs. I expect to see roots in about 3 more days.

Still no roots showing from the clones. But they are looking OK.

I've decided I'll clone the mother on day 21 of flowering for a monster crop grow. I've been wanting to try. In 2 more weeks it will be day 21.
