A hypothetical lady is a whore. She performs sex acts for money. She is "licensed" and commercially employed.
For her own reasons she doesn't want to perform sex acts on another person due to their race. Would you be in favor of forcing her to serve the person (potential customer) she prefers not to?

I don't favor government imposing forced racial segregation or forced racial integration though.
I think human relationships should be based on mutual agreement by the parties involved. I also think racists are making bad choices, but as long as they don't act like a rapist and force themselves on other people, it's not my business to make them use their body or property how I wish they would.
You, on the other hand would likely be okay with forcing a handicapped black illegal tri sexual alien transgender person who happened to be a sex worker to have sex with a person they preferred not to. Which means you're okay with rape. How many people have you convinced that rape is okay?

What if a woman (a fetish type licensed sex worker) sometimes performed analingus, you dingus, but didn't want to do that with you, due to your race, would you make her anyway?
Every once in a while in life we are forced, however we may dislike, to just use common sense and realize that sex acts are not the same as other businesses.

I would be ok forcing subway to serve anybody yes, the employee can always find another job if they don’t like serving people.
Personally I’ve been denied lodging, living space and service because of my color and I strongly believe that any business that serves the public should be forced to not disciminate because I know without those laws many would. But I also accept that those same laws do not apply to all businesses.
I would disagree that he/she has brought nothing, the question put forth is clearly to what extend does the law go. Furthermore the poster has. Even polite about it.
