your thoughts on today's court case(federal)

I assume it's what can be transported or on hand at one time. I don't see anything affecting storage limits or daily dosage. Just means if you are a DG you can't transport a month dosage at a time. Kills the illegal trafficking aspect of it. My interpretation so please don't quote it.

Yeah, from what I take it, the real fight has just being postponed until another court date. Anyone know when that is?

So HC posted on the licenses that they all expire march 31? So does that mean we just continue on with a valid license per say?

No court dates yet and it's business as usual so no expiry date now until trial is set and concluded with a new course of action.

So a license that was set to expire march31st is just on pause? And we continue to grow without a physical paper saying we've been extended until trial resolved?

I think Health Canada will use this to now let the RCMP know who all the growers are seeing as all LP's are known. You watch.

Its actually is more BS damn I wish I filed mine sooner..ill post my application later on..im still a bit confused to..give me a few more min and ill have something more clarifiying and post it.

Its still your medical records involved...so HC should not be giving out anything...if they do they will be liable again....
realistically its probably already happened....but will they tip their hand.....or just investigate everyone secretly...

So what about people that were forced into the mmpr? We just got shafted imo. Don't get me wrong I'm happy for you guys but we're still fucked. And no less in need of a reliable quality supply. Disappointed.

Basically law enforcement now has the tools to watch people more closely. Ideally anyone doing anything illegal will be a lot quicker to pick up. Nothing changes otherwise, if cops haven't bothered you now they aren't going to after this
LPS will get the new patients and the 40k with these licenses will continue with status quo. Everyone is happy basically.
