I got Fresnos from pepper Joe, I was expecting them to be milder than a jalapeño but with some kick. These things are as hot as my Arbols. Was surprised.
That's the thing that surprised me about these ones. The Fresno's that I bought were hotter than my Jalapeno's, so I figured the seeds from one of them would work out. I'll just order from the same outfit I bought my other seeds from and call it a day. It was still worth the experiment though.

Also, I'm assuming that the flowers that I let grow in the pot didn't influence the grow, but I suppose I could be wrong.

When I was younger I could tolerate the really hot stuff. Now I can't LOL. I have several dozen of my Thai Bird's Eye peppers I should harvest. The birds won't eat them!

“I was feeling the heat for three-and-a-half hours. Then the cramps came,” said Currie, one of only five people so far to eat an entire Pepper X. “Those cramps are horrible. I was laid out flat on a marble wall for approximately an hour in the rain, groaning in pain.”:shock::shock:

I grew them once, and just added them to my blended hot pepper sauce that I sprayed around the garden fence. Hab's are about as hot as I like, and I only put a couple three per bottle of hot sauce.
Was the spray being used to deter critters from entering the garden?
