Young Roots Shrinking Up

I had a little nute burn going on with some young seedlings in my Ebb & Flow, Plants were doing good except for a few rust stains on the leaves and yellowing. The roots were starting to drop and looked a pretty white and getting thick. Then I got myself a Hanna ppm meter I saw that my ppm was at around 620 (.07 conversion) I did a reservoir change out with my ro/di water and adjusted the the ph to 5.9 with a low nutrient ppm of 282 (E.C of .36), temps, air movement and all other variables kept the same. After 20 hours the young roots are shrinking up and looking bad. here a pic. Yes this is my first grow. What should I do? Just Flush with PH'ed RO/DI with nothing in it, for a week?
I'm using Dyna-Grow, Protect, and a very little Mag-Pro only. same as before, nothing new added. The only difference was I got my ro/di filter up and running and flushed, the first tank full was store bought ro/di water from machine. but they both were 0ppm and ph'ed to 5.9 when I added to reservoir.

yep! Bontanicare Turbogarden Aeroponic converted to ebb & flow and I using the cover lid that came with it to keep the roots in a dark moist environment, best of both, the netpots sit about 2 inches above table, but I flood all the way up to cover. 8 minutes to flood and about 5 to drain every 4 hours, where the water is not touching pot anymore.

Well I went ahead and changed out reservoir awhile ago, 20 gallons RO/DI - PH 5.9, ppm at .04, e.c 0.00,

Then what you said air prune, hit me like a rock, I looked at my timer and it must have got bumped during the change the first time, timer was at on for 2 minutes, that's not enough to get it up to the pots, lol so it seems maybe they went 20 hours no go juice.
Newbie's suck lol.

Lesson learned, I swear I readjusted timer and within few minutes the roots are looking good again. Its a miracle.

Should I go ahead and add nutes or let them flush for a few days, because of the first overdose of nutes.?
Thank You superstoner1 for throwing that rock at me.

Raise the ppm back to where it was.

Never use 0ppm water in DWC. Why does everyone thing they've somehow overdosed? That doesn't even make sense.

I'm sorry if I didn't completely make myself clear, I had no meter at first, I'm using Dyna-Grow Nutrients and I thought I could estimate by my dosage in milliliters what the ppm would be. I started to see signs of nute burn, rusty spots on leaves and yellowing. So then I bought a meter to see where it was, yes at 600+. and proceeded with the reservoir change out when the timer got accidentally bumped. But I'm good now, just a stupid mistake on my part.

My reservoir is sitting with 20gallons of RO/DI 5.9 PH water. with a E.C of 0.28 (these are seedlings in Rapid Rooters in hydroton, at about 4" tall and shorter.)

Yeah, at that size in dwc 600 probably is too much. Remember, in dwc you need the least amount of nutes than any other system because roots are constantly exposed to the nutes and o2. I never go above 650 in full flower in dwc.

I get very unhappy plants when i push it above 650 as well. I get really baffled when people talk of 1000+ ppm's, my plants would run away and never come back I fear. So much to learn, so little time lol.
