young plants?

so my seed has sprouted and its been about 4 days... i was wondering if there is anything i need to do for the next week or so ... should i fertilize .... nutrients. what... im running my plants under two daylight CFL 23 and 26 watt.... any suggestions

dont add nutes till the cotyledons start 2 die

10 days min for nutes and even after several weeks u wont stary to notice any defencies. the first u start to see tend to be nitrogen which will make ur stems purple and the inner parts of the leaves slitly more yellow.
