young plant swith spidey miteys

I have some youngins that I am afraid have spider mights.what can i do.is neem to toxic for youngins?I have heard to use pepsi and water mix also a alchohol and water mix.please help.

I spray mine with insecticidal soap, and 50/50 Isopropyl alc. and water, it's a long battle.
