i am on 16 lights on, 8 hours off right now.......in veg...friday i will switch to flower...should i just go to 12/12, or some darkness time before flowering?

too many posts at one time...cmon who can help?

I concur with this

There are alot of different fancy ways to switch from 18/6 to 12/12 but none are proven to increase anything,as stated above simply turn your next dark cycle into 12/12,put some thought into 12/12 before commiting to a schedule,select dark & light times that best fit your schedule so you can enter the room & work on the grow without mucking shit up.
