Lol, Ive been told by cops in Jacksonville FL that they would kill me and get away with it, without anyone finding out.lol.. I guess I shouldnt have told him to go fuck his daughter.rofl.. I've been told by countless police officers that they dont care about the murder rate( It was the murder cap for a couple years running) its just drug dealers killn drug dealers.. I have seen first hand what happends in FL, dont come down runnin the cake hole..Thats all..Because you get dealt with differently down there, lol.

You should ask Randy Weaver's 12 year old son that. Gunned down by a proffesional US government paid killer with full auto weapons. They successfully defended their actions as self defense. They shot the 12 year old in the back after he started running away because the Agents had already blown his left arm off.
Made me sick too.

Ironically that can't be the legal definition of murder, because 3rd degree wouldn't exist.

I'm afraid the dictionary is behind on that word.
That is not a universally-accepted definition of murder, if you need to resort to a state's law dictionary. Wikipedia does remark that "[a]s with most legal terms, the precise definition of murder varies between jurisdictions and is usually codified in some form of legislation."

<edit> I also invite you to examine this link. It is a legal dictionary (if not an official one), and it puts paid to the idea of "justified murder". Imo "justified murder" can only occur in a pathological state. In a healthy state there is "justifiable homicide" but that makes it no longer murder imo. cn
