Yellowish/orange spots on leaves

Do the plants get sprayed with anything? It almost looks more like a fungal infection from moisture laying on the leaves than most deficiency symptoms. Check underneath for mold/mildew/fungus. A magnifying glass/scope will help.

Nute burn/toxic salts buildup usually starts on the tips and edges of the leaves and works in so it can't be ruled out. If my plants take 5 days between waterings like now then they only get fed every 10 days.

Doesn't really follow typical patterns of nute deficiency, as mentioned above, leaves look rather dark whereas they tend to yellow from lack of (usually)Nitrogen if deficient. Keep an eye on the tips of the leaves for now, but need a little more info about your watering/feeding habits for a better answer.
